Miniature Schnauzer is in the terrier group which is originated in German. Miniature Schnauzer is also known for the other name as Zwergschnauzer or dwarf schnauzer. Miniature schnauzer is the crossing breed between Schnauzers and with the Affenpinscher and possibly the Poodle. The name Schnauzer is adapted from the German word ‘Schnauze’ with the meaning of ‘muzzle’.

Miniature Schnauzer History:

The Miniature Schnauzer was Produced in Germany with 100% German ingredients. About 1890 breeders crossed the larger Common Schnauzer with an Affenpinscher to create a dog that was much better in a position to catch rats than either ancestor. The Mini Schnauzers arrived inside the United States in 1925 and became a really well-known breed.
